  • Where do you ship?

    We ship Canada-wide, and now offer shipping to several other countries & regions including; US, Mexico, UK, Hong Kong, China, Australia, Japan, and most countries in the EU.

  • How much is shipping within Canada?

    We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.00 CAD

    For orders under this amount, we charge a flat rate of $12.99 CAD

    *Orders to Yukon, NWT & Nunavut are excluded from free shipping and have a flat rate shipping cost of $24.99

  • How much is shipping to the USA?

    All orders to the USA are charged shipping based on the shopping cart total, starting at a flat rate of $14.99 USD.

    This amount increases incrementally to cover the costs of shipping as well as tariffs and duties.

    All orders are shipped with duty and tariffs prepaid. 

    Orders will arrive with no additional duties or fees owing. We handle all clearance paperwork and prepay all duties on your behalf.

  • How much is shipping internationally?

    All international orders can be shipped with discounted calculated shipping at the checkout page. Orders can also be shipped for a flat rate of $49.99 CAD

    International orders will be shipped WITHOUT duties being prepaid. Any duties or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Will I have to pay import fees on my order?

    For orders within Canada, there will be no import fees or duties owed. Your order is subject to PST/RST/QST/GST/HST and is paid during checkout.

    For orders to USA, we pre-pay all duties and import fees on your behalf. Your order will arrive with no additional duties or fees owed.

    For international orders, your order will be delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Any VAT or duties owing on the order will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Do you offer local shipping?

    Yes, we offer local shipping on for orders delivered within St. John's and surrounding areas. Local shipping is free on orders over $25.00

    Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders will typically arrive within 3-12 business days

    No, we are an online-only store. This allows us to keep our prices low and offer you the best possible prices.
