Rather than keeping excess inventory in their warehouses, retailers often sell these items to liquidation companies at discounted prices.     Greens Liquidation is based in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. While we operate exclusively online, we ship across Canada and also offer free local delivery within the St. John's area on eligible orders.

  • Do you have a physical store?

    No. Greens Liquidation is an online-only Canadian retailer. Operating without a traditional storefront allows us to keep overhead low and pass those savings on to our customers through lower prices.

    Yes. Every product sold by Greens Liquidation is brand new and unused. While some liquidation companies sell used or refurbished merchandise, we specialize in sourcing new overstock, closeout, and surplus inventory from trusted retailers.

  • Why are your prices so low?

    Our low prices come from the way we source inventory—not from selling lower-quality products. We purchase overstock, closeout, and liquidation merchandise directly from retailers and distributors, allowing us to pass those savings on to our customers. By keeping our operating costs low and purchasing excess inventory at deep discounts, we're able to offer genuine brand-name products at prices that are often well below traditional retail.

  • Are your products authentic?

    Yes. Every product we sell is 100% authentic. We source inventory directly from trusted Canadian retailers, distributors, and liquidation partners. We do not sell counterfeit merchandise, and all products are genuine items.

  • Do you restock products?

    Most liquidation products are available in limited quantities. Once an item sells out, it may not be available again. We add new inventory every week, so we encourage customers to check back often or browse our New Arrivals collection.

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship Canada-wide, and now offer shipping to several other countries & regions.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes. We offer free Canada-wide shipping on eligible orders of $75 or more (Yukon, NWT & Nunavut excluded). We also offer free local delivery within the St. John's area on qualifying orders over $25. Shipping rates for other orders are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • How much is shipping within Canada?

    We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.00 CAD

    For orders under this amount, we charge a flat rate of $12.99 CAD

    *Orders to Yukon, NWT & Nunavut are excluded from free shipping and have a flat rate shipping cost of $24.99

  • How much is shipping to the USA?

    Orders to USA are currently suspended due to changes in import rules. We hope to offers shipping to The Untied States again in the future.

  • How much is shipping internationally?

    All international orders can be shipped with discounted calculated shipping at the checkout page. Orders can also be shipped for a flat rate of $49.99 CAD

    International orders will be shipped WITHOUT duties being prepaid. Any duties or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Will I have to pay import fees on my order?

    For orders within Canada, there will be no import fees or duties owed. Your order is subject to PST/RST/QST/GST/HST and is paid during checkout.

    For orders to USA, we pre-pay all duties and import fees on your behalf. Your order will arrive with no additional duties or fees owed.

    For international orders, your order will be delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Any VAT or duties owing on the order will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Do you offer local shipping?

    Yes, we offer local shipping on for orders delivered within St. John's and surrounding areas. Local shipping is free on orders over $25.00

    Postal codes starting with A1A, A1B, A1C, A1E, A1G, A1H, A1K, A1L, A1N, A1S, A1W, and A1X are eligible for local delivery.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders will typically arrive within 3-12 business days

    We use a variety of couriers including Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator

  • Do you charge sales tax?

    Yes. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. Applicable GST, HST, PST, RST, or QST will be added where required by Canadian tax regulations.

    We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel or make changes, contact us as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee changes after an order has been processed, we'll always do our best to help.
